Since I spent the first few hours of December in a bar, then slept in the same room as a barking dog all night, then woke up at 7 to get back into Chicago by 9:30 so I can go to work, needless to say my main goal was to keep my eyes open. I totally forgot that I had my childhood advent calendar to put up!

    You make it sound like it was a terrible evening...I had a pretty good time. And I apologized for the dog, he is an untrained puppy after all...

    No, no. I had a great time, although functioning on 3 hours of sleep, I had completely forgotten it was December.
